Donna Leon's Commissario Brunetti
Donna Leon is one of the mysteries of Venice, if we needed one more. Unknown to the majority of italian readers, she is a writer of best seller detective stories which have fans all over the world. Her "heroe", Commissario Brunetti, is a likeable, moral and methodical detective, intelligent and sophisticated officer of venic police.
